STEP 1: Submitting of Requirements
1. Fill out and submit Special Mayor’s Permit Application Form with complete requirements at the Mayor’s Office- BPLO for verification and assessment.
STEP 2: Payment
2. Proceed to the Municipal Treasury Office for the assessment and payment, fees and charges. Make sure to secure an Official Receipt upon payment
STEP 3: Releasing
3. Return to the Mayor’s Office for the processing and releasing of the approved Special Mayor’s Permit
