STEP 1: Submitting of Requirements
1.1 Sign in the Client Log Book at the Mayor’s Office

2. Pay the required fee at the Municipal Treasury Office by showing the Order of Payment. Make sure to secure Official Receipt that will be issued upon payment.
STEP 3: Releasing
3.1 Return to the Mayor’s Office and Submit proof of payment.
3.2. Receive the requested document.
