STEP 1: Submitting of Requirements
Accomplish Business Permit Application Form with Complete Requirements and submit at the Business Permits and Licensing Section (BPLS), Mayor’s Office – BPLO Section, Poblacion, Bokod, Benguet, for verification and assessment.
STEP 2: Payment
2.1 Proceed to the Municipal Treasury Office for the assessment and payment of the taxes, fees and charges, make sure to secure an Official Receipt upon payment;
2.1. (if required) proceed to the BFP Station for the assessment and payment of fire safety fees. Make sure to secure an Official Receipt upon payment.
STEP 3: Releasing
Return to the Mayor’s Office for the Processing and Releasing of Approved Mayor’s Permit at the Business Permits and Licensing Section (BPLS), Poblacion, Bokod, Benguet.
