BUILDING PERMIT

Requirements

1. Four (4) Sets of Survey plans, Design plans and Specifications-Duly signed and sealed (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary, Plumbing, Electronics and Lot Survey)1. 8.8 Affidavit of Consent of Lot Owner (if the applicant id not registered lot owner)

STEP 1: Submitting of Requirements
Accomplish Building Permit Application Form with Complete Requirements and submit at the Building Official, Municipal Engineering Office, Poblacion, Bokod, Benguet, for evaluation.
STEP 2: Payment
2.1 Proceed to the Municipal Treasury Office for the assessment and payment fees based on National Building Code of the Philippines New Schedule of Fees,
2.1. Make sure to secure an Official Receipt upon payment.
STEP 3: Releasing
Return to the Municipal Engineering Office for the Processing and Releasing of Approved Building Permit.

OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE

Requirements

1. Unified Application Form for Certificate of Occupancy1. Municipal Engineering Office
2.1Three (3) Copies of duly Notarized Certificate of Completion, signed and sealed by the Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer in-charge of Construction, together with Approved Plan and Specification.2.1 Registered and Licensed Architect-in-Charge /Civil Engineer-in-Charge of Consruction
2.2 Construction Logbook2.2 Registered and Licensed Architect-in-Charge /Civil Engineer-in-Charge of Consruction
2.3 In case the construction was undertaken through a contract, the certificate of Completion shall be signed by the contractor/Authorized Managing Officer2.3 Contractor/Authorized Managing Officer
3. Four (4) sets of the As-Built Plans reflecting all the changes/ modifications/ alterations/ amendments made as additional document, subject to the compliance of the National Building Code and its referral codes, Zoning regulations and Fire Code of the Philippines, in case of changes in the building plans covered by the issued building permit.3. Private Registered and Licensed Architect, Civil/Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Sanitary Engineer, Master Plumber, Electronics Engineer and Geodetic Engneer

5. Photograph of the structure with substantial completion showing front, sides, and rear areas.5. Owner/Client
6. One (1) set of Fire Safety Compliance and Commissionong Report (FSCCR), if buildings, facilities and structures are required to install any or combination of the following: (1) wet standpipe system; (2)Automatic fire suppression sytem; and (3) Automatic fire detection and alarm system.5. Local Bureau of Fire Protection
STEP 1: Submitting of Requirements
Accomplish Occupancy Application Form with Complete Requirements and submit at the Building Official, Municipal Engineering Office, Poblacion, Bokod, Benguet, for verification and assessment.
STEP 2: Payment

Return to the Municipal Engineering Office for the Processing and Releasing of Approved Certificate of Occupancy.
