A.  FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT
1. To comply, enforce and give necessary orders for the the faithful enforcement and execution of law, ordinances, in effect within the jurisdiction of the municipality.
2. To see the employees of the municipality discharge their duties.
3. To give information and recommend measures to the Sanggunian Bayan as he may deem advantageous to the municipality.
4. To receive, hear and decide as he may deem proper the position, complaints and claim concerning all classes of municipal matters of an administrative or executive orders.
5. To augment any item in the approved annual budget for the Executive offices from savings in other items within the same expense class of the appropriations, as provided for in section of RA 7160.
6. To perform such other matters and exercise such other executive powers as may be prescribed by law or ordinances.

B. OBJECTIVES
1. To perform executive management, administrative and supervision services.
2. To complete as planned the development projects of the municipality with the use of limited resources.
3. To tap, utilize and administer new projects geared towards improving the finance of the municipality.
4. To conduct planning, program and coordination management and advancement.
