HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT UNIT

The office is in charge of personnel management and records keeping in accordance with the constitutional provisions on civil service, pertinent laws, rules and regulations thereon, including implementation of personnel mechanisms, policies, guidelines and standards as the Civil Service Commission may establish.

 1.  Public Assistance Counter/Complaint Desk

This counter/ desk serves as the venue for information or complaint desk. It is manned by employees on a rotation basis to be assigned by the Municipal Mayor through an Office Order.

2. Job Application and Screening of Applicants with the Local Government Unit of Bokod, Benguet.

Job Applicants should meet the minimum qualifications required for the job opening.  Vacancies are posted in the 3 Municipal Bulletin Boards and at the CSC Benguet Field Office bulletin of vacant positions and published at the CSC-CAR Portal for fifteen (15) calendar days. The Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) screens applicants for permanent and promotional positions in the Plantilla of Positions. 

3. Issuance of Service Record, Certificate of Employment and Other Personnel Records

The Municipal government employees and former employees may request the HRMO for copies of service records, certificates of employment and other certifications and personnel records.
