| A. FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT | ||||||||||
| 1. | Exercise general supervision and control over all programs, projects, and activities of the MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE. | |||||||||
| 2. | Enforce all laws, Administrative/Executive orders, and ordinances pertinent to effective and good governance for health in accordance to the Aquino Health Agenda (AHA) and Kalusugan Pangkalahatan (KP) Framework. | |||||||||
| B. OBJECTIVES | ||||||||||
| 1. | To achieve efficient management of services, programs, projects and activities of the MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE. | |||||||||
| 2. | To achieve a well-planned and coordinated program of activities in accordance with the 2012 Annual Operational Plan (AOP) | |||||||||
| 3. | To implement and supervise the construction, equipping and maintenance of ALL HEALTH FACILITIES under the 2013 Municipal Investment Plan for Health (MIPH). | |||||||||
